K-Pop group BTS' "Dynamite" is leading the No. 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart for the second consecutive week. The group’s first English-language song debuted at the Hot 100's summit, has recorded approximately 34 million US streams in its opening week.
The song Dynamite by boy band also logged 300,000
sales in its initial week and marked the major digital sales week for any singer/musician
in just three years.
In his congratulatory statement on Twitter, South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in wrote that BTS has achieved its first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, writing a new chapter in K-pop history.
The seven-member South Korean boy band BTS also known as Bangtan Boys was debuted in 2013. The boy-band is admired for their outstanding lyrics, usually engrossed with individual and social observations for example the psychological concepts, school-going youngsters’ issues, hurt, how to start loving own self, and individuality. The boy band focuses to highlight literature and unique storylines.
The K-Pop boy band comprising of Jin, Suga,
J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook has released numerous albums and performed throughout
the world.
