Dual-Screen Smart Phones Launched In Pakistan By Meizu

The Chinese brand Meizu Technology (MEIZU) announced two new flagships named Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus along with two mid-rangers Meizu M6 Note and Meizu M6.

The processors greatly increase the performance while reducing power consumption at the same time. Whether it's a phone call or a powerful game, these smart-phones won't let you down.

Both smart-phones have two displays; its main panel, and a secondary display. The secondary display is on the back side of the phone. The screen size is nearly 5.70 inches with a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels.

Having a rear flash Dual LED, both models have good primary 12 mega pixel cameras on the rear, while a 16MP camera lies on the front side of the smart-phones.

Available in Matte Black, Space Black colours, the Meizu Pro 7 Plus has 5.70-inch touch-screen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels.

The dual-camera gives the PRO 7 enhanced night image quality, richer detail, and an all-new blurring mode, so that each shot is a work of art.

It is powered by 2.6 GHz MediaTek Helio X30 processor and has a 6 GB of RAM. The 64 GB internal storage can be expanded.

The Pro 7 plus can be run on Android 7.0. It is powered by 3500mAh non removable battery. It has 157.34 height, 77.24 width and 7.30 thickness.

The Meizu Pro 7 Plus is a dual SIM with GSM, CDMA and GSM, CDMA). Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi and GPS.

Review - Highlights Of Fashion Pakistan Week 2017

FPW'17

Pakistan’s famous fashion designers showcased their new collections at the Fashion Pakistan Week Spring / Summer 2017. The most imperative highlight of spring summer 2017 event is that Pakistan Fashion Council has successfully completed a decade of style and fashion. So, this season, the PFC decided to do the event more like an anniversary celebration of FPW.

From HSY’s tranquil yet eccentric collection to Nomi Ansari traditional attires and from Tena Durrani’s dramatic outfits to colorful FNKAsia collection, several top designers showed their best work. The collections were comprised of embroidery pieces, lace, organza, appliques and numerous other elements to show the latest trends of fashion world.

The event also incorporated upcoming talents of Pakistan's fashion industry. The new designers displayed their work in the Rising Talents category. Their designs were appreciated by the audience.

The FPW’17 also witnessed the participation of Nida Azwer, Bunto Kazmi, Shamaeel Ansari, Umar Sayeed, Sana Safinaz, Amir Adnan, Nilofer Shahid and Maheen Khan. The other collections that were showcased during the fashion week were from Amato Couture, Munib Nawaz, Zuria Dor, The Pink Tree Company, Jeem, Amir Adnan, Deepak Perwani, Sonya Batla and Gulabo.

Huma Adnan's New Midnight Garden

Huma Adnan Bride sets out to showcase a new collection titled Midnight Garden. Review - Red & Black English Boot House Slide-In Slipper

From last couple of weeks, I was trying to write a review about a Slide-In Slipper. But hectic routine stopped me from doing so. Today I will share this long pending review.

The Brand Claims:

English Boot House - EBH has a history of 62 years of shoe-making. The brand EBH offers a huge variety of footwear, leather goods and accessories for both women and men.

Verdict:

My new Red & Black Slide-In Slipper is made of leather with black leather sole. It has antique metallic bronze metal embellishment. I like it very much due to its light weight and good grip.

It has one inch heel which makes it a good choice for wearing it from casual to semi formal dresses.

It's sole is very soft and it is very easy in walk. This slide-in slipper has matt look and I am loving it mostly due to this dull appearance.

The colour combination of Red and Black is something like neutral combination that can go with any outfit easily without breaking any colour matching.

I would give this slipper 4.5 out of 5

Vintage Galleria Interiors - The Grand Opening

Vintage Galleria will open its doors to a one-of–a kind interior design store in Karachi on 14th of May, that promises to raise the bar of furnishing in Pakistan, providing cutting-edge vintage elements as never seen before.

The inspiration of its CEO Mrs Anum Kasim, the outlet has a vintage European era feel to it as reflected not only in the furniture but also in the plaster of paris wall paneling, decorative moldings, and ceiling of the gallery.

The event will be well-attended by socialites and celebrities as well as the media who hopefully will the appreciate the state-of-the art designs and immaculate finishing.

Speaking on the occasion Kasim explains,

“It is essential to know that a room and furniture is incomplete without beautiful accessories. It gives life to your room and enhances the look of each furniture piece. Just like wall paint, lights and flooring, accessories are the key that gives the finishing touch to a room. It explains your style and concept.”

Not surprisingly, this belief is reflected in the attention to detail that Kasim brings to all her pieces.

Boasting classic interior design with a twist of modern elements the unique pieces on display are made of rosewood with intricate vintage carvings.

The rich, shaded polish, solid timber and genuine leather finishing as well the hand-painted pieces that the collection offers makes them stand out from the milieu normally seen.

Review - English Boot House Slide-In Slipper

With the arrival of hot weather, it is necessary to have pairs of comfortable sandals, flats, traditional handmade chappals and slide-in slippers. We, both sisters, love to wear sandals and slippers for summer season. Today we will share our experience of brand English Boot House's Slide-In Slipper. BTW we also want to thanks EBH for this lovely design.

Verdict:

Sisters usually share each other's stuff for example shoes, it's always fun to wear and enjoy your sister's clothes or shoes. Unfortunately, we both sisters cannot enjoy this sisterly affection, the reason is very simple... our shoe size and cloth measurements differ a lot. So, we always have diverse collections.

So, in this post, we will talk about EBH slippers. Here, I am sharing the experience of my Maroon Slide-In slipper, while my sister will share her review in an another post.

This Maroon Slide-In Slipper is made of Rexene with PVC trim and PU sole. It has golden metal embellishment. I like it very much due to its light weight and good grip.

It attracted me due to its subtle color because this Maroon color is not very much bright and shiny, it can be a perfect match for any dress irrespective of its color. The metal design is very simple yet an attractive one. It has no usual golden flower or stone studded design or even a bow.

I found it very comfortable in hot and humid weather. Because of its soft material, I am using it very roughly in my home and can say that it is very durable.
