During Ramazan we all eat fried foods in iftar and love to
have heavy meals during sehri time. Sometimes, these fried and heavy meals are
not easy to digest. It is the reason, we, at our home mostly opt for simple and
less spicy food for iftar and sehri.
Chicken Spaghetti is one dish that can be easily digestible
during any time of the day or night. It is light and healthy. The addition of
vegetables in it gives a refreshing look and unique taste.
So, let’s start our Delicious Chicken Spaghetti;
Ingredients
Spaghetti 1 packet
Chicken boneless 350 gms, cut into thin strips or cubes
Green onion 1 cup, cut into 1 inch pieces
Carrots 1-2, cut into thin strips
Cabbage 1 cup, cut as per your choice
Capsicum 1 cup, thinly sliced
Garlic 2-3 cloves, chopped
Sauce:
Soy Sauce 3-4 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Method
Bring a pot of water to boil, add spaghetti with 3 tbsp oil and
boil till cooked.
Drain the water and keep aside boiled spaghetti.
Now in a wok heat oil and stir fry garlic till light golden.
Add all sauce ingredients and mix well.
Add chicken meat and cook till tender.
Add all the vegetables and mix well and cook all for 5
minutes.
Now add boiled spaghetti, gently mix it with the vegetables
and chicken.
After mixing when ingredients are incorporated, cook for just 2 minutes.
Delicious Chicken Spaghetti is ready.
Dish out in a large dish and serve it with ketchup.
